Body Cycling
Ask any of our "spinners" and they will tell you what a great aerobic workout Body Cycling can be. Body Cycling classes are available at all levels and are terrific training for individuals who want to improve their cycling skills or simply build their cardiovascular strength. Anyone and everyone can participate at whatever level you are comfortable, but get ready to sweat!

Class hours: T: 10:30am - 11:15am W: 6:30pm - 7:15pm F: 10:30am - 11:30am Su: 10:00 am - 10:45am (every second Sunday we have a 90 minute class that begins at 9:30am.)

Circuit Training
Using machines, free weights, cardio equipment, jump ropes, bands ... the works, a certified trainer takes the class through a full body workout. This is a great way to get comfortable with the equipment while using the group's energy to push your fitness to a new level.

Cardio Boxing
If you're looking for a good cardiovascular workout that builds strength and eye-hand coordination, come join us on Saturday mornings or Monday evenings. A certified trainer takes the group through a circuit of heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag, jump roping, some weights, and lot's of footwork. Woah!

Class hours: Sa: 9:00am M: 6:30pm

Abs/Core Class
You can read ad naseum about getting flat abs or building a six-pack, but when push comes to shove you have to do the hard work! The good news is that it doesn't have to feel like work. Join in on one of our free 20 minute abs/core classes to learn proper technique and see the results.

Other Services
We recognize that one club can't do it all but we also understand that good health and well-being extends beyond just your workout. That's why we make referrals to a select group of professional massage therapists, acupuncturists and nutritionists who we know well and who we have worked with in the past.
