Body Cycling
Ask any of our "spinners" and they will tell you what a great aerobic workout Body Cycling can be. Body Cycling classes are available at all levels and are terrific training for individuals who want to improve their cycling skills or simply build their cardiovascular strength.
Anyone and everyone can participate at whatever level you are comfortable, but get ready to sweat!

Circuit Training/Strength Training
Using machines, free weights, cardio equipment, jump ropes, bands ... the works, a certified trainer takes the class through a full body workout. This is a great way to get comfortable with the equipment while using the group's energy to push your fitness to a new level.

Zumba
It's called a "fitness-party" for a reason! This high-energy combination of Latin-inspired dance moves gives everyone, even those of you who think you can't dance, a terrific way to burn calories and build fitness while having a ton of fun.

Cardio Boxing
If you're looking for a good cardiovascular workout that builds strength and eye-hand coordination, come join us on Saturday mornings or Monday evenings. A certified trainer takes the group through a circuit of heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag, jump roping, some weights, and lot's of footwork. Woah!

Abs/Core Class
You can read ad naseum about getting flat abs or building a six-pack, but when push comes to shove you have to do the hard work! The good news is that it doesn't have to feel like work. Join in on one of our free 20 minute abs/core classes to learn proper technique and see the results.

Vinyasa Yoga
Join Amy for an introduction to the Vinyasa flow style of yoga. Flow gently through a series of poses linked together by continuous flowing movement building to a more challenging flow with plenty of opportunity for attention to alignment and detail. Leave with a strong, flexible and centered feeling. Perfect for beginners to intermediate students.

Hatha Yoga
Get enlightened with Classical Hatha Yoga. Kristen's focus on proper alignment, breath awareness, and relaxation is brought together in a relaxed, yet informative enviroment. Each student is encouraged to work and his/her own pace and level in a non-competetive atmosphere. Perfect for beginner and intermediate students.

This unique exercise system employs a full body routine using your own body weight and the TRX strap on a timed interval.

Step and Abs
Change up your cardio routine with this cardio program. This class utilizes different step moves that strengthen and shape the lower body one step at a time, while keeping your heart rate up! The last fifteen minutes of class are devoted to an abs altering workout.

Kettlebell
If you are stuck in a rut and want to try something different, you can step out of it in a big way with a kettlebell workout! This old-school piece of equipment is a throwback to the dawn of strength training, and will challenge every muscle in your body. Build muscle strength and endurance, along with developing coordination, balance, and flexibility.

Mat Pilates
Discover the power of breath and concentration as you build core strength, stability, joint mobility, and flexibility while increasing mind/body communication. Certified Pilates instructor Jennifer Anglin teaches you proper technique for safer, more efficient patterns of motion -- invaluable for injury prevention and recovery, sports performance, good posture, stress reduction and optimal health!

Meridian Touch
Improve your performance in your chosen sport or activity and address chronic pain and stiffness with Meridian Touch Sports Yoga. This method is based on the principles of Eastern Medicine and will help you heal and recover as you create greater flexibility and body awareness. MTSY is effortless and a welcome change of direction from your "everyday workout"; it's a learning experience in how to use movement for restoring yourself.
